interpretation & clarification of certain CC&R sections
SECTION 5.12
"Home occupations that deal with children's activities including
schooling, instruction, care, lessons, or similar activities, will not be
regulated and considered as "commercial" so long as there are no more
than eight (in addition to the resident occupants) children partaking in such
activities and that, other than the resident, there are no
employees."
SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRICTIONS FOR PLATS 7 & 8
"The supplemental restrictions for Plats 7 & 8 state that fencing is
discouraged in these two neighborhoods. Thus it is not necessary for
residents to construct a fence around the paved side yard area next to the garage
for the purpose of parking boats, campers, etc. as which would be normally
required under SECTION 5.15 of the Master Declaration."
