| Home | Saratoga Springs Owners Association Homeowner assessments ("dues") are due annually at the rate of $960 per year. Those who pay annually in advance enjoy one free rental of either the Clubhouse, Pavilion (north side), or Rocket Launcher Monthly payments of $80 are also acceptable, with some additional fees for credit card acceptance (checks and electronic debits incur no additional fees). Late fees are incurred on overdue payments.
